DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We meticulously inspect every single piece before it leaves our SoCal headquarters. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number.
  • Fraud Prevention & Security Criteria: To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, the item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, hygienic liners, and security seals fully intact. Items showing any signs of wear, tanning lotion, or missing tags will not be accepted.
