Made in Bahia. Made for California.

SOLANA was born between two coastlines.

It begins in Salvador, Bahia — on Brazil’s northeastern coast, where the ocean is warm, summer feels endless, and swimwear is more than something we wear to the beach. It is part of the culture.

In Bahia, we grow up by the sea.

We learn to live under the sun, to move between beach and city, to wear color without apology, and to understand that a bikini should celebrate the body — not hide it.

Years later, that Brazilian way of life met the coast of Southern California.

The Pacific was colder.
The landscape was different.
But the feeling was familiar.

Sun-soaked mornings. Barefoot afternoons. Surfboards, palm trees, long days by the water and sunsets that somehow turn into dinner.

Two oceans. One way of living.

WHY BAHIA?

Because Bahia is not an inspiration we discovered.

It is where our story began.

Our swimwear is made in Bahia, Brazil, and each collection carries names from the places, waters and landscapes that shaped that story — from Terra Brasilis and Baía de Todos os Santos to Itaparica, Praia do Forte, Itapuã and beyond.

Each name is a small piece of Brazil traveling to another coast.
